The House is a stunning colonial property situated in the Uva Province within the original Lipton estate. It sits just below the famous Lipton’s Seat at an altitude of 1,200 metres.
There are six en-suite bedrooms, as well as a two-bedroom guest Cottage. Spacious living accommodation, which includes a study, drawing room, dining room, long room, veranda and inner courtyard. There is also a pavilion to relax in by the swimming pool.
Staying with us, there are many opportunities to explore this beautiful region. At the House, you can unwind by the infinity swimming pool, enjoy a game of badminton or croquet, indulge in a spa treatment or stroll around the tea estate. Locally, you can explore the area on foot or by car. You can visit Lipton’s Seat, along with Dambatenne Tea Factory, to see the process through which the world’s most famous drink is made.
